i think abit of salt is ok for bb as marine water is more salty also no problem. i have a question about salt. if we add salt when water change, eventually the water will be more salty due to water will evaporate but not the salt?

during wc just add in the amount of salt lost through water taken out and put in the amount of salt u took out with the tank water to maintain the amount of salinity you wish.

>Fish will get used to salt used gradually over time.
>Originally Posted by kopi Fish will get used to salt used gradually over time. Agreed! But dumping too much at first time will kill instead of having them getting use to it over time

>Originally Posted by kopi Fish will get used to salt used gradually over time. It would defeat usage of salt as a treatment.
